| Since the dawn of time, darkness has overshadowed mankind. Creatures of the night were nothing more than folkloric tales of the forgotten and glorified for the curious by the mass media. But little do we know that there are dark forces beyond what we can see and a covert war has been waged throughout eternity. Hunted for centuries by man, the hellions we know as vampires, werewolves, zombies and demons, have formed a new pact to destroy mankind once and for all. Named after the old Norse legend, they call themselves the Ragnarok (which means “Doom of the Gods”). The Ragnaroks have raised an army like no other to plan for the impending Armageddon.
Brought to the attention of the United States Government after the end of World War II, the secret society known as “the Prophets” reveal that the forces of the undead are very real and that all will be lost if they do not gain official help. The US Government creates a new splinter faction called “Dead Cell.” Dead Cell members comprise of only the best special ops members across the world and are armed with the latest technology and weaponry to combat the undead. Led by Abigail Van Helsing, the first Dead Cell team comprises of only five members. Today, there are over two hundred members spread across the world.
With the help of local militia and Dead Cell members, new individual chapters are established throughout the country. New members are continually inducted and new chapters are created in almost every city to answer the call of resistance against the Ragnaroks. The battle for humanity is only a door step away. . . |
