SHIPPING TERMS:
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is our primary and preferred shipping carrier for all outbound parcels. Shipping charges are calculated by actual weight and are priced per the published USPS actual shipping rates for Domestic & International destinations.
While UPS, FedEx, and DHL are not our primary courier they are available upon checkout through our website. We will only use such carriers if the shipment weight or packaging requires a more economical solution through such carrier(s).
Any and all shipping charges both to and from Triad Toys, Inc. are the financial responsibilities of the customer unless otherwise authorized in advance in writing by either fax, email, or written correspondence.
All Domestic US orders are shipped with delivery confirmation traceability and are automatically included on all outgoing purchases. Any items being shipped outside of the USA will be charged at the actual shipping/insurance (as applicable) cost specific to the destination (per the USPS International Postal rates). Items shipped outside the US without the benefit of tracking (as with EMS) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Insurance coverage DOES NOT apply to lost parcels which travel without package tracking. When parcels are shipped outside of the US with insurance but without package tracking the insurance will only apply to goods damaged in transit and NOT for package loss since we have no way to verify the lost package in the absence of package tracking.
Accepted forms of payments are Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Visa/Master Card/Discover/AMEX/Discover (domestic), Paypal payment service, or International Money Orders. All forms of payments are selectable during checkout.
REPLACEMENT AND RETURNS POLICY:
Our goal is to ship 100% of our orders quickly, efficiently, and correctly to our customers. Our intention is that you receive goods that are just as described in our advertisements (slight variations in material color may occur notwithstanding). Because this is a human operation, human errors will occasionally occur. Our secondary goal is to handle our errors in an efficient manner that will allow us to understand the error and remedy the problem(s) as they may occur:
Any and All returns and/or replacements must be pre-authorized by Triad either by telephone or email. All item returns must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of the merchandise, unopened and unpackaged. Any replacements must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the merchandise.
Triad Toys will pay the freight for shipping to and from our company if you receive your order and find that we have made a mistake and sent the wrong item(s). In the event that we catch our error prior to the delivery of the parcel (while it is in route) we will contact the customer and ask them to decline the parcel and have it returned to the sender so we can remedy the problem with the order that was shipped incorrectly.
If a product arrives and is defective we will ship a replacement to you at our expense upon return of the defective product to Triad.
The products being returned for refund must be UNOPENED and in its original packaging with all original pieces present. The ORIGINAL transaction receipt must accompany the items being returned for refund. Special orders involving custom work are not eligible for any refund guarantee and those transactions are final.
Any opened product WILL NOT be refunded and cannot be returned UNLESS it is deemed a manufacturing defect caused during the production of the piece or item. Triad will not replace any items that are caused by normal wear and tear or excessive handling and/or accidental breakage or use of force. Triad will not replace or refund an item simply because "it didn't live up to your expectations" or your "circumstances have changed."
EXCHANGES:
Triad Toys, Inc. does not offer exchanges unless the product you received is damaged during shipping or you received the wrong product. We will make an exchange if the product is broken in transit and the package is insured. Defective manufactured products will be exchanged for the same item.
CANCELLATIONS:
All sales are considered final from the point the customer presses the "Proceed" button at the bottom of the "Billing & Shipping" information entry from. If a cancellation is initiated by the customer after the order is processed, a 15% restocking charge will be deducted from the customer's refunded total. The only exception to this is when the cancellation is due to our company error or backorder issue and the customer does not want to wait for the replenishment. |
